Developed by ENTOMOSHOP in the Gironde, in partnership with a confectioner and chocolate maker, to turn the hazelnuts, almonds and tenebrio molitor into a delicious crunchy spread!

It’s a delicious sweet preparation made from hazelnuts, almonds, sugar, milk chocolate and an edible insect: the tenebrio molitor.
It’s smooth and pleasantly sweet, with a rich flavour of hazelnuts (from the Lot-et-Garonne) and almonds. The Tenebrio Molitor contributes to the crunchiness!

Incorporating Tenebrio Molitor into a spread is an innovative way of adding a sustainable alternative protein source with a low ecological impact.

We were awarded the “Jury’s Special Mention 2023” medal at the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Saveurs competition organised by Aana!

This praline spread is ideal for filling for pancakes, waffles and brioches, or as a breakfast spread!
