La Tomette du Buron: an ode to artisanal production and innovation in the world of Creuse cheese.

At the heart of our approach is a deep respect for our terroir and local producers.

Its creamy texture and unique grey rind will take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey.

The magic begins with hand-made production in basins, in which our artisans transform the precious milk that we collect from two producers less than 50km away. Every action is imbued with tradition and passed on expertise, in a tribute to the ancestral techniques that have forged the identity of our region. Tomette du Buron is then matured in our cellars and monitored manually for at least 28 days so that all its aromas can develop.

Tomette du Buron won several awards in 2023: gold medals at the Mondial du Fromages in Tours and at the international competition in Frankfurt, and a silver medal at the international competition in Lyon.
