What makes this panna cotta so special? A dessert made with 86% French ingredients and 100% ORGANIC ingredients: fresh organic milk collected less than 100 km from the dairy in the Dordogne, organic crème fraiche and organic raspberries from France. The cane sugar is fair trade. Laiterie du Périgord decided to reduce its packaging as much as possible by having the coulis in the same jar. Produced by an artisanal dairy based in Saint-Cyprien in the Dordogne, with BioED organic certification.
