Pressed caviar is a product with memories of yesteryear. The result of a long and meticulous manufacturing process, it is made from our caviars that are refined and then pressed until a smooth paste is obtained that concentrates all the caviar’s aromas.

Pressed caviar is a concentrate of caviar aromas. So you need very little to flavour your dish. The texture is smooth and creamy, and the color may vary according to the caviar species used.

Pressed caviar is easy to use: on blinis, warm potatoes, in a sauce… Even in small quantities, its power will add an original touch to your dish.

It can even be used to push culinary boundaries by incorporating it into hot preparations.
