Authentic liquid stocks, made from local (<150km) downgraded organic vegetables, what better way to make stocks? We also use beef carcasses and marrow bones in our bone/meat-based stocks. This provides additional income for our producers/market farmers.
We developed this range with a specific manufacturing process that ensures they are richly coloured and above all very flavourful.
This refined, delicious stock can be enjoyed simply as a broth or used in cooking (ramen, pad thai, vermicelli, starches, meat, fish, etc.). Lots of original flavours (poultry, beef, Thai, etc.) to suit all palates.

Thai stock: water, mushroom, leek, celery, tamari soy, sesame oil, lemon, salt, green aniseed, coriander, ginger, hot chilli pepper, turmeric
