Our LABEL ROUGE whole duck foie gras terrine is handmade by our team and cooked at low temperature in our workshop in Hagetmau, in the Landes region of France. It is prepared using LABEL ROUGE South-West France ducks fed on whole grain maize. Lightly-cooked in a vacuum-packed terrine, the recipe preserves all the product’s natural flavours. Very easy to unmould, it’s ideal for aperitifs, starters, salads, a tasty snack or as a component of other dishes.

With 3 peppers, Espelette pepper PDO Sud-Ouest or French origin
