It’s very simple: Do you use vanilla sugar?
EPURE offers you 100% natural cooking sugars to replace traditional sugar. Sprinkle them on your desserts, make syrups for your fruit salads, use them in your shortbread pastry, etc., and behold the transformation!
For a light syrup to accompany fruit salads or desserts, dissolve 55g in half a litre of water. When baking, replace the sugar with the cooking sugar of your choice, it will flavour your pastry and your cakes; in syrup, they make marvellous jellies… The only limits in cooking are our imagination!
