Provençal-style duck sauté with parsley potatoes: Duck breast 40%, tomato 22%, potato 20%, grilled vegetable mix 5% (courgette, aubergine, onion, tomato, yellow pepper, red pepper, green pepper), onion, garlic, smoked duck breast (duck breast 99%, salt), spices and herbs, Ile de Ré fine sea salt, parsley 0.2%, duck fat.

Tomato stuffed with duck and Camargue rice: Pure duck stuffing 39% (duck leg 70%, onions, eggs, water, salt, glucose syrup, white vinegar, spices, natural flavourings and herbs), tomato 36%, Camargue rice 16%, diced vegetables (carrot, leek, turnip, celeriac and onion), Île de Ré fine sea salt, pepper.

Duck stew with potatoes: Duck breast 40%, duck stock (water, duck, leek, CELERY, carrot, onion, spices and herbs), cooked potatoes 10%, button mushrooms, carrots, onions, liquid cream (DAIRY cream, E407 stabiliser), WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), Ile de Ré fine sea salt, garlic, parsley, pepper.
