Committed to reusing all our raw materials with the aim of achieving zero waste, we have set up an innovative process enabling us to develop a range of flours derived from oilcake in order to reuse all our raw materials and reduce the waste associated with our production.

The oil cakes form in the press after the oil has been extracted. These dry, compact blocks are then broken up, crushed and sieved to produce flour. These de-oiled flours have a low fat content and a range of nutritional benefits. Naturally gluten-free, they can be used to complement other flours.

With its intense hazelnut flavour and notes of praline, this flour is a natural flavour enhancer. Naturally sweet and gluten-free, it’s the ideal ingredient for making delicious, healthy, nutritious pastries.
