SO Innovation is a platform dedicated to showcasing innovative agri-food and wine products developed by companies based in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Each product featured on SO Innovation is designed as a response to its time: better meeting consumer expectations, adapting to evolving uses, and striking the right balance between pleasure, meaning, and convenience.

OUR VISION

Enhance the visibility of agri-food innovations
from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

The Tremplin SO Innovation, held every two years by Agence de l’Alimentation Nouvelle-Aquitaine (AANA) et CRITT Agro Alimentaire, showcases all the new products and innovations that deserve to be discovered by the general public.

Products are divided into five categories based on consumer expectations: SO HEALTHY, SO TERROIR, SO PLEASURE, SO ECO FRIENDLY & SO EASY.

The SO INNOVATION website enables professional buyers to connect directly with the person in charge of the product they are interested in.

At the same time, we are rolling out a communication campaign to promote the products to both professionals and the general public: press conference, exhibition at three trade shows, and dedicated digital campaigns.

How does the SO Innovation
Springboard work?

Every two years, a call for applications is launched for agri-food companies in the region: the products or product ranges must have been on the market for less than two years or be about to be launched, and must fit into one of the five proposed categories.

Application phase

From December to April, companies can apply via the website, submitting up to three products or product ranges per company, provided they are recent (less than two years old) or ready for market launch.

Selection phase

A jury composed of industry professionals meets to select the products in line with the Springboard’s criteria.

The communication launch takes place during JAS La Rochelle, with the products going live online simultaneously with the trade show.

Registration fee: €50 excl. VAT, corresponding to the annual membership to the Agence de l’Alimentation Nouvelle-Aquitaine for the current year.
